Dear all, as some of you already know, we are migrating the e-mail of Phytonet to a new service, within Microsoft 365 environment. The new setup will not suffer from the problems of the existing service regarding e-mail deliverability and security, and will provide additional corporate functionality. The switch to a new system will be at 10 AM CET today (Wednesday, April 1st).
The migration process will copy all of your existing (received and sent) messages from the current mailbox to a new one, so after the switch, all your messages will wait for you and there’s no action from your side needed for that. What you need to do is to set up your mail clients (Microsoft Outlook recommended) for the new mailbox, after the switch – instructions how to do that are included in the attached PDF document.
